INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION LEADERS
2021
Property Technology
Property Technology is the sum of many techniques, skills, methods, and processes used in the accomplishment of objectives, such as planning, development, and management of the lifecycle of buildings or in the production of goods and services.
Property technology is the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions, which solve existing and future problems, offer better living and working processes, and also invent disruptive business models to open a new market or replace existing services and products. It can be the knowledge of techniques, processes, and the like, or it can be embedded in machines to allow for operation without detailed knowledge of their workings.
PropTech as the main sector supports and manages the sub-sectors (real estate, construction and, real estate fintech) to change workflow management, lifestyles, and trading types of companies and people. PropTech is designed to streamline and connect processes for participants in all stages of the real estate, construction, and finance markets, including buyers, sellers, brokers, lenders, landlords, investors, credit institutes, developers, planners, etc.
Innovation Leaders
Innovation translates ideas or inventions into services or goods, creating value or meeting market demands in the process. In doing so, it yields financial benefits. The innovation aims to take advantage of potential solutions and associated case-based facilitation to add value for business and social benefits.
An innovator is a person who develops new methods, ideas, or products. An innovator is someone who can turn new knowledge and skills into a successful product or service. It could be in small or large firms, but (in general) it relates to introducing some form of significant positive change. They identify opportunities for improvement and act on them. They are highly productive individuals who are passionate, are willing to take risks, and want to push the envelope. They realize that taking risks is part of making great discoveries and advancing society. Great innovators encourage others to do the same. They set challenges that are difficult to meet. Innovators realize that innovation is the only way to remain truly competitive in the marketplace, and they share that feeling with others. They bring others along for the ride.
Innovation Leadership is a process for creating direction, alignment, and commitment needed to create and implement something new that adds value.

The essential building of innovation leadership
1. TOOLSET
The collection of tools and techniques used to generate new options, implement them in the organization, communicate direction, create alignment, and cause commitment.
2. SKILLSET
A framework that allows innovation leaders to use their knowledge and abilities to accomplish their goals. More than tools and techniques, it requires facility, practice, and mastery of processes.
3. MINDSET
The attitudes and resulting behaviors that allow the tools and skills to be effective. The mindset is the fundamental operating system of the creative thinker and distinguishes those leaders who enable creative thinking and innovation from those who shut it down.
