International PropTech Innovation Ranking

The academy is the international property technology (PropTech) organisation for standardization and regulation. The Academy’s primary goal is to create an intellectual community of multi-disciplinary professionals to conduct specialist work on innovation that can positively influence the development of the sectors.

The innovation is important for driving economic progress and competitiveness – both for developed and developing economies. Every country is putting innovation at the center of their growth strategies. In that light, measuring innovation and providing a statistical benchmark that attempts to capture national innovation ecosystems is at the core research area of the PropTech Academy.

The International PropTech Innovation Index project was launched by PropTech Academy in 2020. The goal was to find and determine methods that could capture a picture of innovation in the real estate, construction and finance sectors that is as complete as possible. In connection with the International PropTech Standards, a new methodology was developed to evaluate companies based on their level of innovation. It encompasses 12 categories and more than 150 criteria for the real estate, construction and finance sectors. 

The ranked companies meet the respective criteria of International PropTech Evaluation Method (IPIEM) and they are conform to International PropTech Standards (IPS)
