How do you receive

the International PropTech Quality Seal?

1. Please fill in the application form below.
2. The association analyzes the business model, team, services and products and check the public and common information about the company. The examination takes maximum five days.
3. If your company meets the basic criteria of PropTech, you will get the International PropTech Quality Seal.

The announcement of the seal holders; the registered company will be on our platform and also on social media announced.

After the announcement, you shall present the quality seal on your homepage.

The PropTech Academy approves your activities regularly and has the right to change the decision anytime if you do not meet the criteria of the PropTech anymore.

Price: CHF 1,500.00
The application fee cover the cost of reviewing the applications. The manual labor involved in tracking and reviewing applications, there is human interaction involved in every step of the process: staff who conduct information sessions, review applications, answer applicant questions, and more. We are able to offset these costs by charging an application fee. This is non-refundable.
Price: CHF 2,000.00
At the end of the investigation the applicant get the official decision. If the decision positive, the label cost will be chargeable. You will be informed about it.
The application process requires access to resources containing both general and sensitive data. PropTech Academy takes privacy and the handling of information seriously, and handles it in confidence with utmost care. We will provide information on best practice for sharing sensitive data to ensure security. It’s necessary upon the completion and submission of the application form that you provide the required documentation in full for each section. Failure to do so will delay the validation process.
