The academy is the international property technology (PropTech) organisation for standardization and regulation.

The innovation is important for driving economic progress and competitiveness – both for developed and developing economies. Every country is putting innovation at the center of their growth strategies. In that light, measuring innovation and providing a statistical benchmark that attempts to capture national innovation ecosystems is at the core research area of the PropTech Academy.

The National PropTech Innovation Index project was launched by PropTech Academy in 2020. The goal was to find and determine methods that could capture a picture of innovation in the real estate, construction and finance sectors that is as complete as possible.
